Habor Haven Marine is a global leader in supplying spare parts and equipment for ships, boats, and vessels. We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Remote Procurement Specialist to manage vendor relations, negotiate contracts, and oversee purchasing operations.

Responsibilities:

• Source and negotiate with suppliers to procure high-quality marine parts and equipment.
• Manage purchase orders, track shipments, and ensure timely deliveries.
• Maintain supplier relationships and evaluate vendor performance.
• Analyze market trends to optimize procurement strategies.
• Collaborate with logistics and finance teams to streamline procurement processes.

Qualifications:

• Experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Pay: $35 per hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday, flexible hours
